BayneCorp, LLC, doing business as BayneTech ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operates the BayneOS platform. We are headquartered in Shreveport, Louisiana. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal and business information when you use the BayneOS platform and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and other registration details you provide.
When you connect third-party services to BayneOS, we access data from those services as authorized by you. This may include:

We automatically collect data about how you use the Service, including AI actions consumed, features used, workflow execution logs, timestamps, browser type, and IP address.
BayneOS uses artificial intelligence to process your business data. AI operations include classification (e.g., categorizing emails or transactions), content generation (e.g., drafting responses or social media posts), and categorization (e.g., sorting invoices or support tickets). All AI processing occurs through our AI Gateway, which routes requests to third-party AI providers.
We do not use your data to train AI models. Your business data is processed solely to deliver the Service to you and is never used for general model training by us or our AI providers.
We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

Each provider processes data according to their respective privacy policies and enterprise data processing agreements.
BayneOS implements per-tenant data isolation. Each client's data is stored in a separate PostgreSQL database within our Kubernetes infrastructure. Tenant databases are logically isolated — no client can access another client's data. Access is controlled through Kubernetes namespace isolation and application-level authentication.
When you connect third-party accounts, BayneOS requests only the permissions (OAuth scopes) necessary to provide the Service:

You can revoke any connected service at any time from your BayneOS dashboard or directly from the third-party provider's settings.

BayneOS uses JWT (JSON Web Token) authentication tokens stored in your browser for session management. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics trackers. We do not participate in ad networks or cross-site tracking.

While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
The Service is not directed at individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
