The Service uses artificial intelligence to process your business data, including categorizing transactions, analyzing documents, and automating workflows. Your data processed by AI is used solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your business data to train general-purpose AI models. AI processing may involve transmitting data to third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic or OpenAI) via their APIs; these providers process data according to their enterprise data processing agreements and do not retain your data for model training.

While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Upon account termination, we will retain your data for up to 30 days to allow for data export, after which it will be securely deleted.
